What methods of payment do you accept?
Aeriale accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. If you wish to pay by international money order, please call the Aeriale customer service team at 1-800-818-3772 option 1
How do I know that shopping on aeriale.com is secure?
Aeriale Inc. works to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which encrypts information you input. We reveal no digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. At no time is your credit card information stored or maintained on the Aeriale.com website.
Where do you ship to?
We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING to any address in the Continental U.S.A. and Canada. No other country destinations will be accepted at this time.
What shipping options are available to post office boxes and APO addresses?
Federal Express and UPS will not offer services to PO boxes and APO addresses. Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-818-3772 or by email at email@example.com to place the order and discuss shipping options.
What are your shipping rates?
FREE SHIPPING is offered for all new orders within the Continental U.S.A. and Canada. Sorry, no other international orders will be accepted at this time.
Is express shipping available?
We are pleased to offer express shipping to US and Canadian addresses. Please contact our Customer Service Group at 1-800-818-3772 to arrange express shipping.
Can I modify or cancel an online order?
If you wish to modify or cancel a pending order, you must contact customer service promptly at 1-800-818-3772 or by firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may accommodate your request. We will then confirm that your order has been cancelled.
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from the Aeriale.com Website* we will issue a full refund or exchange (less applicable shipping and handling charges) within 90 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued only in the format of payment (for example if you paid using a credit card, we will refund the charge to that credit card.) In order to receive a refund or enquire about an exchange during the 90-day time frame, please contact customer service to get a return authorization. You can reach customer service at 1-800-818-3772 or by email at email@example.com You need a return authorization to receive a refund. When contacting customer service please have your receipt/proof of purchase on hand.
* The above return policy refers only to purchases made from the Aeriale.com Website and from Aeriale Customer Service. For refunds, returns or exchanges of Aeriale products purchased through other retailers, please contact your point of purchase for additional information and refer to the conditions stated on your original receipt.
Can I complete my purchase over the telephone or by mail?
We are happy to assist you to complete your purchase via phone or mail. For phone inquiries please contact us at 1-800-818-3772.
If you wish to place an order by mail send us the following information: your name, shipping and billing address, daytime phone number, description of the product, product color and appropriate payment. For mail orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards and Money Orders. We do not accept cash payments by mail. Aeriale Inc. is not responsible for any check/money orders sent by mail. When your mail order has been received a customer service team member will contact you for confirmation.
